Captured during an evening of “tempestuous” conditions, where spring storms rolled in and out for several hours. My initial intention was to visit this location near South Durras NSW and hope to photograph an incoming storm and lightning. Whilst patiently waiting out the storms the combination of the beautiful cascading water over the rocks in the foreground and the golden glow in the clouds just really caught my eye and begged to be photographed with the golden light painted on the scene. A stunning coastal seascape scene that would be suited to a modern coastal beach house feel or an industrial style of decor.
