Captured while guiding a workshop in early Spring 2018. This was the sunset over Australia’s National Heritage listed Icon, The Twelve Apostles, that we all dream of. The sunset delivered stunning magenta and purple hues and some stunning light and shadows to give the photo great depth, contrast and mood. This image has been extremely popular on my social media channels and will really jump of the wall as an acrylic facemount print. A collectors item for the future as there are only 8 Apostles left standing as Mother Nature, time and the salty waters have caused several of the apostles to fall.

  We back the image with a white 2mm Dibond to add rigidity and use an aluminium sub frame to float it from the wall.

  Because of the different light penetration and refraction of acrylic glass compared to normal glass, the colours are more brilliant and the image sharper than compared to standard glass in a picture frame.
