Taken just after dawn on a beautiful Spring morning in 2019’, I took some Canadian clients for a chopper flight over the New Zealand alps and this was one of the first scenes we encountered, The Delta of the Godley River where it runs off into Lake Tekapo . One of my all-time favorite landscapes is the braided rivers that run off New Zealand’s alps, they are simply stunning from any angle, particularly the air. This one will make an outstanding print with deep contrast, depth, brilliant colour and resolution. I’d recommend this image printed large.
