The Tomakin Beaches are my go to local beaches for evening walks, and these sandstone rock formations are my favourites. It’s just a beautiful easy place to be and I can see why it gets a cult following with the regular visitors. This image was taken during what was quite possibly the best sunset I’ve witnessed on the South Coast during the first week of Spring 2021’. Although the sunset that evening consumed the entire sky in every direction, I chose to point my camera North at Tomakin Cove away from the vibrant sky, as I just loved the softer more even light and in particular the stunning golden light glow on the foreground rock fingers. Another image that was well captured and will print beautifully with intricate resolution and details.
